Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic plan that outlines the technology infrastructure, software, and AI capabilities needed to dominate the market by 2026.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global technology trends (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and provide actionable insights to the board on where to invest capital.
- Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Oversee the evolution of our cloud-native architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance for future loads.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technological risks and develop contingency plans for the next 3-5 year horizon.
- Innovation Lab Management: Lead a team of futurists and developers in POC (Proof of Concept) initiatives for cutting-edge technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or CTO-level roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Generative AI, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast technology needs years in advance and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior leadership and diverse teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale technology transformations.
