Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy, ensuring alignment with company business goals and 2026 vision.
- Establish and enforce robust ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for all AI model deployments.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to integrate AI responsibly.
- Identify emerging trends in Machine Learning and Generative AI to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the development of AI governance structures, including bias detection and mitigation protocols.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and board members with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep technical understanding of LLMs, Neural Networks, and AGI architectures.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale AI projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in AI Ethics, Data Privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and Responsible AI principles.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or a related technical field.
