Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term vision and market leadership goals.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Innovation Lab Management: Lead the internal innovation lab, exploring and prototyping cutting-edge technologies like quantum computing applications and edge computing.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with leading tech vendors, startups, and research institutions to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of technology strategists and data scientists.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and board members.
- Sustainability Tech: Drive initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of our tech stack through green computing practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or executive leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully implementing them to drive business growth.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
