Responsibilities
- Coordinate public health initiatives across Santa Clara County
- Manage community outreach programs for underserved populations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- 3+ years of healthcare coordination experience
- Valid California driver's license

- Experience with grant reporting processes
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred
