Responsibilities
- Manage veteran healthcare operations and ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams to deliver integrated health services to veterans
- Oversee budget allocation and resource management for healthcare programs
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics
- Conduct staff training and ensure adherence to clinical protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience in federal or large healthcare system
- Active Secret Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proven expertise in VA regulations, HIPAA compliance, and CMS guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in healthcare information systems (EHR, VISTA)
