Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend public health response activities including immunization clinics and health screenings
- Provide direct patient education and health navigation services to diverse Dallas communities
- Collect and analyze epidemiological data for weekend shift surveillance reports
- Collaborate with emergency management teams during weekend health emergencies
- Conduct weekend field investigations for potential public health threats
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for weekend service encounters
- Participate in weekend community outreach events and health promotion activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years public health or clinical experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as required
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required
- Experience with health data analytics and reporting systems
