Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for federal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, and OMB guidelines)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven solutions for agency challenges
- Present findings to senior federal officials through executive-level reports and presentations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience analyzing federal or government datasets
