Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses along assigned routes
- Sort, organize, and prepare mail for efficient daily delivery
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Collect postage and fees for certified mail and other services
- Report delivery issues, maintenance needs, and customer feedback
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and service standards
- Assist with postal retail counter duties as required
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and walk 5-8 hours daily
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
