Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports on disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Represent company at global futurism forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, nanotech, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into executable business strategies
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills (e.g., using Foresight Platform)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing high-level decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
