Responsibilities
- Define the Technological Roadmap: Strategically plan and execute the architectural vision for our 2026 product lines, focusing on Quantum Computing integration and advanced AI models.
- Lead High-Impact Research: Oversee R&D initiatives to explore cutting-edge technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge-AI optimization.
- System Architecture & Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exascale data processing and complex neural network computations.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the engineering division.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to global data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, or AI system design.
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of quantum computing principles (Qubits, superposition, entanglement) and experience with frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex transitions and scaling technical operations.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
