Responsibilities
- Process driver license renewals, replacements, and original applications with high accuracy.
- Assist customers with vehicle registration, titling, and title transfers.
- Manage high-volume phone inquiries regarding hours, fees, and required documentation.
- Operate DMV Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and validate documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional customer service environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or government agencies is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
