Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement federal compliance policies across VA facilities
- Conduct audits of medical records and administrative processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of compliance experience in federal/government setting
- Active Federal security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in VA systems (Vista, CPRS)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and VA regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
