Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for government operations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex network issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Manage data security protocols and ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and software solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to agency staff regarding hardware and software usage.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a government or military setting.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
