We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Federal Data Analyst to join our elite team in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale datasets from various federal sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik Sense.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare high-level reports and executive briefings for senior leadership and government stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data governance policies, security protocols (NIST 800-53), and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize business processes.
- Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies to recommend and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data warehousing, or business intelligence.
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility required.
- Proficiency in SQL (Advanced) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Experience working within a federal contracting or government environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple concepts.
