Job Overview
The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex IT solutions for government agencies. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure our systems meet federal standards and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level software systems and databases.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, security protocols, and data privacy laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and user stories.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime.
- Document technical processes, system architecture, and user manuals.
- Train junior staff and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, architecture, or software development.
- Experience working with government or federal contracts is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or .NET.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (if required).
