Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including user account creation, permissions, and password resets.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and document IT system upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure strict compliance with data security policies, accessibility standards, and government regulations.
- Respond to service requests via ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary patches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Valid New Mexico Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Active Directory administration.
- Strong understanding of network topologies, TCP/IP, and hardware components.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
