Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain complex federal IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide expert-level technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security regulations, NIST standards, and agency policies.
- Conduct regular system audits, perform vulnerability assessments, and apply necessary patches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable technology solutions.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and incident reports accurately.
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices for cybersecurity hygiene.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or commercial IT environments.
- Active Secret clearance or higher (or the ability to obtain one upon employment).
- Proficiency in network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder briefings.
