Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise IT systems supporting clinical operations
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive veteran data
- Provide technical support to 200+ healthcare staff members
- Coordinate system upgrades and vendor integrations
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance with federal standards
- Lead cross-functional IT initiatives for medical facility modernization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of enterprise IT administration experience
- Active Security+ CE certification required
- Federal background clearance eligibility
- Proficiency in HIPAA-compliant systems
- Experience with VA VISTA healthcare systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
