Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level network systems and cybersecurity protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for electronic health record systems
- Coordinate system upgrades and patch management across 50+ workstations
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular system backups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Document IT procedures and create user training materials
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards (NIST, FISMA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of network administration experience
- Active Security+ CE certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware
- Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., VistA) preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
