Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure supporting veteran healthcare systems
- Lead cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure technologies
- Develop cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive veteran data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration initiatives
- Provide technical guidance on IT modernization strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal IT regulations and FISMA standards
- Document system architectures and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Active Security+ CE or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated experience with federal IT compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with system integration expertise
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
