Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time federal reporting systems
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for federal stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal security protocols (NIST, CUI)
- Collaborate with program managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to federal leadership through concise executive summaries and briefings
- Document methodologies and maintain audit trails for all federal data processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with Tableau/Power BI and ETL processes (AWS Glue, Talend)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Familiarity with federal data standards (FIPS, FedRAMP)
- Strong written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex federal data analysis projects
