Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal network infrastructure and server environments.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (NIST, FISMA).
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation.
- Document technical processes and configuration changes in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade systems and implement new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- 5+ years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Proficiency with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and virtualization platforms.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or ITIL Foundation are highly preferred.
