Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions that support federal agency operations and mission requirements.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems to end-users.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and agency IT policies.
- Analyze system performance and identify areas for optimization, automation, and modernization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Manage software licenses, inventory, and perform regular system updates and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT systems administration, network support, or technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST) and federal security compliance protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (Secret level preferred).
