Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure software applications for federal agencies.
- Perform system analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex IT networks.
- Ensure full compliance with federal IT security standards (FISMA) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and user interfaces.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive data.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management or software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced federal environment.
