Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure and systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Secure network systems against cyber threats and ensure compliance with federal security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade systems and improve IT processes.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in network administration or IT support.
- Familiarity with federal IT frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
