Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor advanced cybersecurity protocols for federal systems
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on classified networks
- Develop security training programs for federal personnel
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on threat intelligence sharing
- Ensure compliance with NIST and FISMA security standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active Security+ CE certification or equivalent DoD 8570 compliance
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal IT security operations
- Expertise in SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and threat detection
- Proficiency in cloud security architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Secret security clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret required)
- Experience with FedRAMP and CMMC frameworks
