Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust network security solutions for federal systems
- Conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration testing

- Develop and maintain security documentation (SOPs, risk assessments)
- Collaborate with cross-agency cybersecurity task forces
- Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and OMB directives
- Train federal employees on security best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years experience in federal IT security environments
- Active CISSP or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and network security
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure) frameworks
- Knowledge of FedRAMP and CUI handling procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
