Role Overview:

The IT Specialist will provide Tier 2/3 technical support, manage network infrastructure, and ensure strict compliance with federal security standards (FISMA/FedRAMP). You will be the technical point of contact for resolving complex system issues and optimizing agency workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for federal hardware and software systems, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
