Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal IT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive federal data from unauthorized access.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for federal employees and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal IT policies, regulations, and Department of Defense standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and security assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in IT systems administration.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience with federal government IT environments and compliance standards.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and disaster recovery procedures.
