Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal network infrastructure and hardware systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data and ensure compliance with FISMA standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal federal staff and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports in accordance with federal record-keeping standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and integrate new technologies.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen.
- Security Clearance: Must be eligible for a Secret Security Clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT support, network administration, or cybersecurity.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with diverse teams.
