Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical system requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and government stakeholders, to design and implement IT solutions.
- Conduct system performance testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Maintain and upgrade legacy systems while integrating modern cloud-based technologies.
- Document technical specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local data security regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably within the public sector or government.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript, and familiarity with database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
