Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure, maintain, and secure government network infrastructure and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Assist in the deployment of new software applications and hardware upgrades.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides for staff.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify and resolve IT bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Valid CompTIA A+ or Security+ certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff clearly.
