Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive veteran data
- Provide technical support to 100+ federal employees
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular drills
- Document IT policies and procedures
- Comply with federal regulations including FISMA and NIST
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal IT environments
- Active Security+ CE certification
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure and Microsoft Server administration
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
