Responsibilities
- Maintain Federal Systems: Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance for government clients.
- Data Security: Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive government data and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support and guidance to internal staff and external government stakeholders.
- System Upgrades: Plan, coordinate, and execute software upgrades and system migrations with minimal downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and incident reports.
- Compliance Audits: Assist in preparing for and conducting regular security compliance audits and risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Clearance: Must possess an active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related government contracting role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with government personnel.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to diagnose complex technical issues and provide effective solutions under tight deadlines.
