Your Role:
In this position, you will provide technical support, ensure data security, and manage critical IT infrastructure for our regional office.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive federal data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate performance reports for management.
- Train staff on new software applications and security best practices.
- Respond to service tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
- Active Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
