Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal information systems and network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and enforce federal cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users and federal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate security risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must possess a Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Proficiency in federal systems (e.g., OPM, HRIS) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, and network security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
