Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware and software issues.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative technology solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Train and support junior staff and federal employees on new technologies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT systems administration or cybersecurity.
- Active Public Trust security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP), virtualization (VMware), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with federal IT frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
