Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Enforce federal cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy applications and improve service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and end-users.
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) standards.
- Manage software licensing, hardware inventory, and system backups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional IT experience, including network administration and system analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL framework and federal IT governance.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
