Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Manage and maintain a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow) to ensure timely resolution of support requests.
- Perform regular hardware and software inventory audits.
- Conduct user training sessions on new technologies and security protocols.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement technical solutions and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment.
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
