Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain desktop environments and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Document technical procedures and maintain the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with network engineers to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
