Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and system designs.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications and database systems to support agency operations.
- Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and provide advanced technical support to internal government stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive citizen data and ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency and improve user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in systems analysis and software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL) and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background check and security clearance.
