Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications for system development.
- Design, code, and test software solutions, including custom applications and database integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts.
- Maintain and optimize existing systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users across the organization.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT consulting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL) and web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Arizona State residency is preferred for this position.
