As an IT Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our technology infrastructure and supporting our mission-critical services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough systems analysis and design to support City initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements and business processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement technical solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with government security standards and data privacy regulations.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user manuals.

Qualifications
