We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to define the technological roadmap for the year 2026. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI Infrastructure Strategy, focusing on scalability, quantum-readiness, and edge computing integration.
- Lead the design and deployment of advanced Generative AI Agents for complex enterprise automation and decision-making.
- Oversee the architectural migration of legacy systems to next-gen neural networks and real-time data pipelines.
- Define robust data governance policies to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of high-volume AI data streams.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists in best practices for ethical AI, model deployment, and system reliability.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation for AI models to ensure zero-latency performance under heavy load.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML leadership and strategy.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience implementing ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
