Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Collaborate with quantum computing research partners to integrate hybrid AI models.
- Establish best practices for model explainability, bias mitigation, and AI governance.
- Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven experience designing systems for the future, including experience with quantum computing primitives or edge AI.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into strategic business value.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
