Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the deployment of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 performance standards.
- Design scalable neural network architectures that prioritize energy efficiency and reduced carbon footprints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer hardware and software ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies such as Quantum Machine Learning and Neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing technical teams.
