Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems for high-volume data processing.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and fine-tuning of proprietary LLMs tailored for enterprise applications.
- Strategic Leadership: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, setting technical vision and best practices for the 2026 roadmap.
- MLOps Implementation: Oversee the deployment of CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource consumption.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI outputs adhere to strict safety and bias-reduction protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP libraries.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior architect role.
- Cloud Proficiency: Deep experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services and serverless architectures.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability design patterns.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
