Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI/ML architectures for next-generation neural networks and large language models.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to push the boundaries of current AI capabilities, focusing on autonomous learning and reasoning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of machine learning pipelines on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to ensure low latency and high throughput.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration within the broader 2026 ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
