Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Agentic AI frameworks designed for the 2026 era.
- Lead the technical strategy for transitioning from current LLM paradigms to Post-LLM architectures and multi-modal reasoning systems.
- Oversee the development of ethical AI safety protocols and robust guardrails for autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate the 2026 vision into concrete technical milestones.
- Optimize neural network efficiency and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI infrastructure teams.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of implementing Autonomous Agent systems and complex reasoning chains.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and long-term architectural resilience.
