Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for AI integration in 2026, aligning product goals with long-term research objectives.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure AI architectures capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Advanced LLMs) and prototype viable solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of AI models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is highly preferred.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into technical strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
